What to Expect

YOUR RV’S JOURNEY BEGINS WITH US

Better. Cleaner. Faster.

Whether you’re heading cross country on iconic Route 66 or chilling at your favorite campground, we’ll get you there safely and looking good.

1. RV DROP-OFF

  • Meet your repair team
  • Tour your RV’s secure, indoor home during the repair process
  • Review all known damage and payment

3. AUTHORIZATION

  • If your repair is an insurance claim, we will work directly with your insurance company to guarantee the best options to get you back on the road quickly. Your repair plan will be submitted to both you and the insurance adjuster.
  • If your repair is self-pay, we will submit the completed estimate and repair plan to you for final approval to move forward.

Customer Involvement 2 – During the authorization phase, you may need to approve or communicate with your insurance company if additional damage is discovered and/or more work is needed.

5. REFINISH

  • Prep for and painting – if necessary – will follow repair work. Timelines will depend on the repair plan and supply availability.

7. PREPARING FOR PICK-UP

  • We check all boxes on your repair plan.
  • We will contact you and your insurance adjuster (if applicable) to come in and inspect the final product
  • Before your RV leaves, it will be washed and prepped for pick-up

  • Disassembly begins
  • Assess all components and structures to verify repair needs
  • Locate parts and supplies needed to complete your repair

Customer Involvement 1 – It’s no secret the RV Industry can have supply chain issues. We use all of our resources and connections to expedite this part of the process.

4. REPAIRS

  • If your RV requires body work, our team will now begin to make necessary repairs. Timelines depend on parts availability.

6. REASSEMBLY/FINAL TOUCHES

  • Your RV will now be reassembled to factory condition.
  • All final details will be performed according to the repair plan

8. GETTING YOU BACK TO THE CAMPSITE!

  • Lastly, payments wll be finalized by you or your insurance company.
  • A team member will explain our Industry Best Warranty!
  • We will do one final walk-around to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
